At Always There Homecare (ATH), we understand the evolution of caregiving.
We are a Private Duty Homecare agency that provides one-on-one care in the convenience of your loved one’s home.
Our company is bonded, carries liability insurance and workers compensation.
All employees go through background checks upon hire, as well as drug screenings. We spend time to train and orient each caregiver and nurse to our company and policies before they can begin to care for a loved one. The owner of the company is a part of the hiring process to ensure we select only trustworthy, reliable caregivers and nurses to be a part of our team.
ATH uses electronic medical records to store all client records and notes.
Each family is provided access to a family ClearCare portal where they can view care notes on a daily basis.
